The salad bar is what we went for because they advertise "best salad bar in town" etc. It was good, but it didn't have anything that Golden Corral doesn't have and I think Incredible Pizza's salad bar beats them both if you can find a quiet corner, LOL! The waitress was nice & friendly but much more attentive to the drinkers at the bar than the tables. We had to get up and ask for refills several times. All in all it wasn't a bad experience but, it was way more expensive than it should have been for a cheeseburger, salad bar & chicken tenders.

I was not interested so I opted to just go for the salad bar. I went to stand in line and a nice coach told me I will not stand behind his team to wait so he guided me to the front of the line. The lettuce was almost gone but what was there was frozen (what?). Lucky for me a server was just coming out with a fresh batch. Even though the kids hit the salad bar hard the servers did a good job replenishing everything even the plates. So 3 stars for that but could of had 5 stars if you had the soup!

  Hadn’t been to RT in years - the salad bar is still as good as I remember! It was my boyfriend’s first time so he got the burger and fries as his “litmus test” and it passed! I enjoyed the Philly cheesestake and we both liked the honey garlic chili boneless wings. The best part of our experience was our server Quinn, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We look forward to coming back and hope to have Quinn as our server again!

I seriously question if any of the meat is actually prepared fresh. Even the sides seemed to be not prepared fresh. Really upset about it and will not be returning.

  First time at a Ruby Tuesday's and it will definitely be my last to this one. After looking at Ruby Tuesday's website we decided on trying happy hour since it shows lots of great food and drink specials. I asked for the happy hour menu and the waitress got the manager who said we don't have half-price drinks or any of that kind of stuff but we do have a few appetizers that are $5 and listed a couple of them and said and a few others and walked off. I mentioned to the waitress what the website is said and she said they're not corporate they are privately owned so we went ahead and ordered drinks and said we'll wait till 4:00 for the appetizers. At 4:00 we ordered the artichoke dip which she said I'm sorry it's only good if you're sitting in the bar, what the heck could you not have told us that 15 minutes earlier when we ordered our drinks we could have just said in the bar area. We were the only people in the restaurant at 4:00 so I don't think it would have hurt them to go ahead and give it to her since we were sitting right next to the bar but nonetheless we just sat there and had our drinks when we heard the manager yell at her staff behind the bar I'm done with this and proceeded to walk out the front door. She did come back about 15 minutes later but the whole atmosphere was very dark and depressing and we could not wait to get out of there. I usually don't leave such a negative critique but there was really not too much if any positive comments I could make. It was dark dingy needed updating and the staff look like they hadn't slept in days and needed to shower it was just not a good experience hopefully it was just that day.. and not indicative of every day but considering everything I saw it looks like it's probably ongoing.

But it’s the food that just threw us off it looked so good but it wasn’t once we ate it and that was very disappointing I got coleslaw and chicken tenders also mash potatoes. Coleslaw just tasted like a plain salad and mash potatoes had a weird taste and the chicken tenders was okay. My bestfriend got the bbq chicken hickory with mash potatoes as well with a side of broccoli her stomach got upset immediately. As we were waiting to pay my bestfriend witness one of the servers not using gloves touching the whole salad bar with her fingers that’s when we knew not to come back. That’s just our experience! Everybody is different no hate to the restaurant
