So, while you are in lonavala and want to have gavran food would suggest give them some more time and read more reviews and then visit. While leaving I asked staff there why is there so less staff have, they left recently or have u not hired new, the reply was they left recently. Over all only 2 adult waiters and small boy to assist them. I guess the owner was too helping the them service the tables. Kitchen has windows opening to the dinning area all smoke was coming out and we could feel the chilli in the air.

  Most pathetic service ever seen in such Big Restaurant - So called 'Ranwara' is just a name with absolutely bad service. They tried to made good ambience like village but completely failed in service, They are not even deserve for 1 star, If you go here you need to remove your footwear outside, wash your feets with water and sit with bear feet. We were Bike Riders group of 14 people reached there at appx 2.30pm, so firstly peak hour was passed and we got one table to sit but since we had large group with all carrying Riding gears we requested for another table which they were reluctant to give. Post settling down on table we were expecting to serve at least water on table, we waited for around 5 to 10 minutes but nobody turned up so ultimately we forcibly called the incharge person to serve at least a water bottles since We were all exhausted we also ordered for Chaas, it took almost 30 minutes to serve a simple chaas and water bottle on table. We caught same person to give our lunch order that again taken forcibly as if we were least bothered to their customers. After waiting for around 1.30hr we all lost our patience and decided to step out immediately. They didnt even bother to apologize for their delay in serving food. I would strongly suggest not to waste your precious time here for eating. You will get plenty of such hotels in Lonavala with quite good hospitality and ambience, This place is complete bluff and one day i am sure it will be shut down soon!

  This restaurant is not worth for single star also. But since we cannot post that has to be given. The worst restaurant I ever seen in my life. By looking at the ambience you feel "WOW" but later will definitely say never "NOW" Few staff were there with traditional form, but actually they should stop all these fake showoff. They were just wondering here and there as if they are fully loaded. Not a single staff is bothered to come near table and take order. Taking order is the second part they won't even offer water. Even after calling also they take their own time to come. So after 30 mins of wait and with continuous followup to staff we ordered our food and requested them to serve atleast water first. Again it took 15 mins of wait for serving just water. Later after 45 mins we couldn't control ourselves and we cancelled the order and walked out. There was no response from their end. Just imagine customers walking out without having food and they are not at all bothered to stop. I do feel like lodging complaints with government authorities too. Such kind of restaurants should be closed down with immediate effect.

Inside the restaurant is huge. There is dhaba style sitting arrangement. The service is prompt. Though to be fair there were just 2 customers when we visited on the Friday afternoon. The surrounding area is not great but then it is a dhaba. Coming to the food. We ordered a chicken dish and a chicken thali. The thali was decent. But the chicken gravy was too hot and spicy for my taste. The rest of the thali was good. To be honest there are much better restaurants nearby which can be reached easily. But still this is a place you can visit for the experience for dinner some weekend.
